Frequently Asked Questions
1.What is "raw hair" ? 
Raw hair refers to unprocessed hair that has not been chemically processed or steamed. It is cut from the donors head and put onto a weft.
2. Why are there grey hairs in my hair?
Every bundle of hair is different, as it comes from different donors. You may find gray hairs in your bundles that possibly came from older donors. Since this hair is raw , we do not take out the grey hairs if there are any.
3. How long will this hair last me ?
If you properly maintain this hair ( wash and condition properly) this hair will easily last 2+ years. Here at Exquisite Extensionz we recommend not cutting your wefts to prevent shedding.
4. What products should I use to wash the hair?
We recommend washing with Aussie Moisture shampoo and conditioner. Air drying is best to increase longevity of the hair.
5. How much do I get in a bundle?
Each bundle of hair you will receive approximately 3.5 oz or 100 grams of hair.
6. How many bundles do I need for a sew in?
If you are purchasing lengths 12-20 inches , you will need 3 bundles for a full install. If purchasing lengths over 20 inches you will need 4 bundles for a full install.
7. Do you sell frontal or closures?
Yes!  we now offer 5x5  closures  for sale ! We like to offer our customers the best authentic products and have found a good Virgin hair closure to pair with your bundles!  
8. What if I want to purchase wholesale?
We always offer wholesale. The minimum order quantity is 10 bundles. If you require more than 10  please email support@exquisitextensionz.com . Please note- the processing and shipping time for wholesale orders is a bit longer. Larger orders need more donors and can take longer. Please plan accordingly.
9. Can I get a refund?
You can only return unaltered / unopened bundles within 3 days of receiving the hair. If the zip ties have been removed or hair altered in any manner , refund is invalid. After 3 days, no refund will be given. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for poor care of your hair. You are responsible for shipping fees to return your bundles.
10. Is there insurance on my package?
We want every customer to receive there hair. With that being said there will automatically be insurance added to your package to ensure that you will be compensated/protected if something should happen to it.
 11. Can I dye this hair?
Yes. You can absolutely do anything you would normally do to hair. This is REAL hair! You can dye it, perm it, bleach it or color it as you please. It is important to remember chemically altering the hair may damage the strands and affect quality if not properly maintained.
12. What are your shipping and processing times?
Shipping and processing on bundle deals and  are up to 7 business days. ( Saturday/Sunday and Holidays are not business days.) There may be a delay in delivery due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
Shipping and processing times for wholesale is as follows: please allow up to 14 business days for processing your wholesale order. Please allow up to an additional 7 days for shipping. Due to the pandemic, shipping is slower at this time.

14. Can I pre-order ?
You absolutely can! We allow our customers to pre-order ( meaning you pay and we will ship once it is in stock made) 
15. What are the processing/shipping times on pre ordered wigs ? 
please allow up to 15 business day processing time for all pre ordered units. Unit orders will ship in the order which they are placed
